Went looking for a job, but was left scratching my head instead. In one of my early attempts at interviewing for a web/email designer position. I left utterly disappointed by leadership in Whereoware, I had “aced” a meeting with the design manager and was left to meet a “Partner” in charge, whom shall remain nameless. My interview drove off a cliff fast! We didn’t gel, it got awkward very quickly, asked me very bizarre and out of line questions and I walked away a little defeated but held my head high because it was how I learned and mastered Mail chimp! I hadn’t used it before and I had mastered my use of HTML/CSS coding and that only boosted my confidence as a designer.
